Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the locations available during checkout. If your country or region is unavailable, please contact us before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

If your order arrives damaged, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment, if applicable.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated.
